PEATE - Using gnuplot with FSL 4.0
As of version 4.0 FSL no longer uses gnuplot for its plotting. The plotting tool FSL uses does not currently allow me to change the axis labels appropriately. I hope to eventually try and make Peate work with FSL's plotting tools, but for right now if you want to use Peate as is, you must either copy certain files from your old FSL disribution, or install the needed tools. The following files must be in your $FSLDIR/bin folder:gnuplot
If you have an older version of FSL, just gnuplot from the bin folder of your old FSL distribution to your new one. You could also download gnuplot -- just make sure to put it in FSL's bin folder or Peate won't find it.
Note that if you don't have the Plot option checked, all of this is not necessary.
